PRICES for the autumn term 17.8-20.12.2009 (16 classes per course, the two weeks off will be announced for each course individually)

**Anytime 550€/term
Enables you to attend any and all classes within the autumn term. The Anytime option does not include a right to substitute missed classes.

**Missed class substitution:
If you miss a class, the teacher will give you a substitution class coupon. The substitution class coupons issued for the autumn term are valid until 15/02/2010. A substitution class coupon allows you to attend any of the regular weekly classes. However it is not valid as payment for intensive courses or other events. The coupon allows substitution always with a class of similar duration to the missed class. Therefore, for example if you miss a 60 minute class, you will receive a coupon that allows you to attend another 60 minute class. If however you would like to substitute your absence with a longer class, you can pay an additional fee as per the below pricing. (However with two coupons of 45 minutes you can attend one 90 minute class.) The additional fee will be paid upon arrival to the class to the teacher in cash.
45 min coupon -60 min class: 2€
45 min coupon -90min class: 7€
60 min coupon -90min class: 5€

**In case classes of a course you are enrolled on have to be cancelled or moved due to the actions of the provider, you can be issued substitution coupons, which are valid for a longer period. The maximum validity however is 12 months from the date of issue. Each situation will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

**Extending the validity of the class substitution coupons, returning course fees or cancelling course enrolment is only possible with a doctor's certificate or for another especially compelling reason. Any disputes will be dealt with in the district court (käräjäoikeus) of the locality of either BollyBeat Dancers (Sari Breilin) or TAO BAZAR (Katri Prusila).

**The autumn term courses can be paid in either one or three payments of equal amounts. The payments can be made either in cash on arrival to the first class or onto an account with an invoice. The first instalment is payable either by the start date of the course or three days after enrolment, if the course had already begun at the time of enrolment.
