**When enrolling please give us the following information: name, address, telephone number, email address (if you use email) as well as the name and the time of the course you would like to attend. We will use email for information related to the courses and matters related to the dance school generally (on some courses also some study materials will be sent by email): the phone number is needed in order for us to inform you about any sudden changes in regard to the classes.

**Enrolment is binding; cancelling the course/ returning the course fee is only possible against a doctor's certificate or for another especially compelling reason.

**Pay-by-class students and students substituting a missed class: when attending a class other than one of your regular course, it is advisable to sign-up for the class beforehand (sign-up by email on the day before the class by the latest). This way you will make sure there is room in the class also for you, and in case of any last minute changes or cancellations we can inform you of this also.
